All hire instruments remain the property of Big Music Services Pty Ltd.

Your payment today covers the first week of your instrument hire, subject to availability.

Once availability is confirmed, we'll contact you to arrange collection.

Before collecting your instrument, you'll need to set up a Big Music account (if you don't already have one) and provide a valid credit card for ongoing weekly payments and as security while the instrument is on hire.

Instrument hire operates on an ongoing week-to-week basis until the instrument is returned.

Weekly hire fees will be charged automatically to your nominated payment method.

You must keep your payment method current throughout the hire period.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the instrument during the hire period.

You may be charged for repair or replacement costs resulting from loss, theft or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

We recommend that hire instruments are covered under your home contents insurance policy.

Hire instruments may be returned during Big Music trading hours at any time. Weekly hire fees will cease from the next scheduled payment date following return.

If payment obligations or other terms of this agreement are breached and not remedied within seven days, Big Music may terminate the hire agreement, recover the instrument and charge any outstanding amounts owing.

All reservations are subject to availability. If we're unable to supply your requested instrument, we'll offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund of your payment.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
