About Us
Big Music was created in 2009 as a unique destination for music lovers where you can learn to play an instrument, then have opportunities to create, record, perform and connect with other musicians - all under the one roof.
Today, it is Australia's biggest (and we think best!) independent music school with over 800 students of all ages visiting each week for private lessons and a variety of performance programs including bands, rock shows, songwriting and music production.
Whether you’ve never touched an instrument before, or played on stages around the world, our aim is to be a space for you to feel at home, and inspired.
From learning an instrument, to playing in a band, recording an album, or perfecting your gear setup, Big Music is here to help you on your musical journey.
