VENUE ACCESS
Access to the venue for party set up is provided 30 minutes before the birthday party start time. Guests are requested to help with a quick tidy up and to vacate the venue within 30 minutes after completion of the party.
Payment Terms
50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable however we will allow reschedules up until 7 days prior to the event. The balance is due 7 days prior to the party. A 10% surcharge applies to Sunday bookings.
