YOUR PARTY BOOKING INCLUDES

exclusive-use room hire of the spacious Big Room party venue
fully-equipped stage including microphones and sound system for music and singing
quality instruments for kids to play (depending on chosen theme)
expert party host or hosts (typically one host for every 10 kids)
access to our kitchen facilities and BBQ on the balcony (weather permitting)
cleaning and insurance

VENUE ACCESS

Access to the venue for party set up is provided 30 minutes before the birthday party start time. Guests are requested to help with a quick tidy up and to vacate the venue within 30 minutes after completion of the party.

Payment Terms

50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable however we will allow reschedules up until 7 days prior to the event. The balance is due 7 days prior to the party. A 10% surcharge applies to Sunday bookings.
