About our Party Venue
​
The "Big Room" at Big Music in Crows Nest is a spacious, modern and super cool place to host your child's next Birthday Party and a wide range of other events for up to 150 people.
Decked out with classic rock and pop music memorabilia, our venue includes a large indoor function room with stage, sound and lighting plus easy access to tables, chairs, kitchen, canteen / bar facilities and an outdoor gas BBQ on the adjoining terrace.

Guests are welcome to BYO and we are more than happy to recommend some excellent takeaway food options from a variety of local restaurants.

Inclusions and Optional Extras

The booking fee for your party includes:

room hire of the spacious Big Room party venue

quality instruments for kids to play (depending on chosen theme)

Access to the venue for party set up is provided 30 minutes before the birthday party start time. Guests are requested to help with a quick tidy up and to vacate the venue within 30 minutes after completion of the party.

Deposit and Payment Terms
​
50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is non-refundable however we will allow reschedules up until 7 days prior to the event. The balance is due 7 days prior to the party. A 10% surcharge applies to Sunday bookings.
