The perfect musical foundation for young beginners (ages 5+)
In our Multi-Instrumental After School Music Program, children explore piano, electric guitar, drums and singing - plus a range of fundamental musical concepts - in a rotating weekly program.
Kids learn 2 different instruments each week in a fortnightly cycle, helping them develop rhythm, pitch, coordination and confidence — while discovering which instrument they enjoy most.
This program is ideal for children who are new to music or who would like to try several instruments before choosing one to focus on.
COST: $65 per class, paid weekly for the term

Big Music's after school program dates correspond with NSW government school terms, which are as follows for 2026:

Bus Pick Up from Local Schools
We offer a convenient bus pick-up service from select local schools to make participation easy for busy families.

Your school not on this list? If you can organise 6 or more kids from your school, talk to us about adding your school to the bus pick up list. Otherwise, kids can always be dropped off at Big Music at 3:30pm.
Optional bus pick up for Group Classes & Private Lessons
Contact us for pricing for pick up from any of the above schools to attend Group Classes or Private Lessons at Big Music, in addition to or instead of the regular After School program.
Fees
Program fees are $65 per week for the 2-hour program (3:30-5:30) paid weekly for the whole term.
You can join anytime and the weekly fee will apply for the rest of the term.
Additional $15 fee for the optional bus pick from school, or $10 for the walking bus from Anzac Park PS.

Extended Supervision – Optional Add-On
We’ve introduced Extended Supervision to support families who need a longer, more flexible window beyond our 5.30pm pickup. Offered in response to parent feedback, this flexible add-on provides students with a safe, calm environment after their music session. Children will be supervised while enjoying quiet activities like reading, colouring, and simple games.
Pricing:

Enrolment & Payment Conditions
Participation in the after school music program requires a commitment to complete a full term of classes (typically 10 weeks). Fees are payable weekly by direct debit and will be charged regardless of attendance (no cancellations). Read our full Terms & Conditions.
