1. STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information and instructions on post form part of these conditions of entry. By entering the competition, you accept and agree to be bound by any conditions of entry.

​

1.2. This competition is in no way sponsored, endoresed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.

​

​

 

2. WHO CAN ENTER

​

2.1 The only persons who may enter and be awarded the prize are those who;

​

a) are residents of Australia; and

b) are 16 years of age or older; entrants under the age of 18 must seek prior permission from their parent or guardian to enter any promotion. Any such entrant without this permission is not eligible to enter the promotion;

c) have a valid email address;

d) are not employees of the promoter or any associated companies/agencies/families.

3. THE COMPETITION

3.1 Competitions start and end on the specified dates.

​

3.2 Competition decisions and awards are final and not interchangeable.

​

4. THE PRIZE

​

4.1 All prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for money or other forms of prizes and cannot be taken in parts.

​

4.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize or prize value due to unforeseen circumstances.

​

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity residency and entry into competition in order to claim prize which will be verified at the discretion of the Promoter.

​

4.4 Should any prize be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, they may vary or amend prizes at their discretion so as to provide reasonable alternatives

​

4.5 The winner agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.

​

4.6 If the winnders do not (or are not able) claim the prize at the time stipulated or within 3 months of winning, then that element of the prize will be forfeited and no cash or other alternative awarded in lieu of the original prize (in compliance with NSW law).

5. THE WINNER

​

5.1 By entering competition or accepting the prize, each winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media requests or post-promotion related to the competition including photos, videos or comments.

5.2 Winners of each prize agrees and must comply with conditions of the use of the prize

​

5.3 It is a condition that each Winner may need to sign a legal release.

6. NO LIABILITY

​

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any loss (including direct, indirect and consequential loss), costs (including legal costs), damage or injury to property or person that is suffered as a result of or in connection with:

​

a) The competition or participating in prize;

b) Any late, lost or even misdirected entries or failure to receive any entry in the competition;

c) Any prizes damaged or lost in transit; 

d) Any travel won in or connected to the competition

e) Any problem, failure, delay, unavailability or inaccessibility with, of or to any communications network, service or transmission (including telephone, internet or website);

f) Any cancellation, modification or suspension of the Competition;

g) Any unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition (including but not limited to theft, destruction, alteration or unauthorised access of or to an entires);

h) Any electronic or human error which may occur in the proper administration of the competition;

i) Any act of omission, deliberate or negligent, by the promoter or its servants, in connection with the supply of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying a prize winner.

j) Any circumstances outside the promoter's reasonable control.

6.2 In the event that any event or action outside of the promoter's control prevents or significantly hinders the promoters ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, the promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start at another time on the same conditions.

6.3 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the promoter which affect the proper conduct of this Competition, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or take any other action against that individual that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
