Shipping and Delivery
Big Music is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across Australia, with the following exceptions:
• Very large and/or heavy packages (exceeding 20kg) such as PAs and large digital pianos which are required to ship via freight may require additional shipping charges
• Remote destinations, including islands and territories outside mainland Australia and Tasmania, may incur additional shipping charges.
In these exceptional cases we will contact you with freight costs. You can choose to not proceed with the order if the freight charges are not acceptable.
If when the goods are delivered there is nobody home, additional re-delivery charges may be incurred. Please inform us IMMEDIATELY if there is a problem with your delivery, or if goods arrive damaged.
Big Music ships products Australia wide using Australia Post and Toll IPEC. We do not ship products outside Australia.
Delivery Time Frame
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We are notified as soon as your order is placed and make every effort to package and ship the goods without delay, typically within 48 hours. If an item is not available you will be contacted as soon as possible.
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email. The average total time for your order to be processed, packed, shipped and delivered is 2 - 14 days depending on your delivery location.
